Join us for our annual free memorial event at Poole Park, a special day to remember, reflect and celebrate loved ones.

Tie a Yellow Ribbon welcomes everyone, regardless of your connection to Forest Holme Hospice. Whether you’ve been supported by us or simply want to remember someone special, you are warmly invited to be part of this meaningful community event.

REMEMBER SOMEONE SPECIAL

Take part by writing a personal dedication and tying a yellow ribbon in memory of a loved one. After the event, all ribbons are carefully returned to the hospice grounds, where they remain on display throughout the summer.

CAN’T MAKE IT ON THE DAY?

You can still be part of Tie a Yellow Ribbon. Make a donation online and share your dedication with us, we’ll lovingly write your message on a tag and tie it to a ribbon on your behalf during the event.
