Join us for ‘Tie a Yellow Ribbon’, our annual memorial event where our community from across Poole, Wimborne and the Isle of Purbeck gather to remember their loved ones.

This FREE event, held in Poole Park, welcomes everyone, irrespective of their connection to Forest Holme.

Take part by writing your dedication and tying a yellow ribbon, which will be returned to the hospice grounds for the rest of the summer. Come and be part of this special occasion, featuring local craft stalls, special performances by the Citrus Singers choir, and FREE craft activities for children.

Please feel free to bring a picnic and spend the afternoon with us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Poole Park.
