Kick off 2021 with a fundraising challenge that will improve your physical and mental health whilst raising money to support your local NHS hospice.
What’s the challenge – Run, walk, skip, hop, cycle, swim, roll or flip – Get physical & get those endorphins pumping. You set the challenge; a goal according to your fitness level at a time that suits you. You could challenge yourself to run 5K each week for a month, walk the distance of a marathon (26.2 miles) in a week,, set your own cycling challenge inspired by the Tour de France; the Tour de Poole! Or show off your moves and have a 2 hour, 12 hour or 24 hour danceathon.
Your Fundraising – You set your own challenge and your own fundraising target. So just sign up and raise what you can. Everyone who takes part will receive a very special Get Fit For Forest Holme medal.
As an extra little incentive if you raise over £500 we will send you a very very special Forest Holme hoodie.

Why we need your support: Forest Holme Hospice Charity is expecting a funding deficit of £350,000 due to the impact of Coronavirus. We know a lot of people have struggled mentally & physically since the start of the pandemic, so we want to get our local community active to improve everyone’s physical and mental health and help the charity alongside that.
