Forest Holme Hospice will continue to offer support to the best of our ability. We are doing what we can to reduce the risk of infection, for example offering support by phone rather than visiting at home, if appropriate. This will help to ensure that face-to-face support is available for those who need it most.

We have also published three information leaflets that maybe useful during this difficult time, which you can download via the links below. Thank you to the Helix Centre for enabling us to share their Practical Care leaflet.

COVID-19 Care At Home Guide (download)

Living With A Life-Limiting Illness (download)

Practical Care For Dying Person (download)

Forest Holme Hospice is part of Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and up to date guidance about coronavirus can be found on the hospital website homepage www.poole.nhs.uk This includes advice about visiting.
