We’re raising money for Hospice at Home
This Christmas, we’re aiming to raise £70,000 to support our Hospice at Home service.
Forest Holme’s Hospice at Home team provides specialist palliative care in the comfort of patients’ own homes, helping them spend their final days with dignity, surrounded by the people and things they love most. Whether it’s holding hands with a loved one at 3am, sleeping in their own bed or keeping a beloved pet close by, it’s about making precious moments together possible, in the place they call home.
Your support will help us:
- Provide expert nursing and symptom management at home
- Support families and carers 24/7, including overnight visits
- Reduce hospital admissions and ease pressure on the NHS
- Ensure patients can die at home if that is their wish
