Forest Holme Hospice Charity has partnered with The Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole to house our iconic remembrance tree for three weeks during the run up to Christmas.
Each year at Christmas time, our Light up a Life appeal provides the local community with the opportunity to dedicate a star on our Tree of Remembrance.
From November 28th – December 18th you will be able to visit the tree out side of Marks & Spencer and hang a star on the tree in memory of someone special – irrespective of whether they were cared for by the hospice – in exchange for a donation towards the charity.
Volunteers will be there daily (except Sundays) from 10.30am – 3.30pm with a stall selling hospice Christmas Cards and merchandise, while there will also be live entertainment on selected days.
The ultimate Christmas Party Night is back but hurry, as it’s nearly sold-out!
Join us at the Hamworthy Club on Saturday 7th December and ‘Dance through the Decades’ as a DJ plays a selection of smash hits from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s & 90s.

If you’re looking for something fun but challenging to get you fit in the New Year while supporting Forest Holme, look no further than the The Dirty Devil Stampede Bovington on the 18th & 19th January 2020.
Described as possibly ‘The Best’ Mud Run in the South, with tank tracks, mud and water – whats not to like?
The Saturday features The Dirty Devil 5k Fun Run for families, youngsters and people wanting to try a mud run for the first time without the marauding horde, while Sunday’s race will be split in to two events – The Dirty Devil Stampede 10k and The Dirty Devil Double – which is a 21km-ish half marathon run for the more demanding and down right dirty runner!
