Living With Loss

Our free Bereavement Information event is for those who may have lost a partner or family member.

The session includes a 45 minute talk from a qualified bereavement therapist who will discuss the process of grief and the support available.

The session takes place on a Thursday (see below for dates) between 10am-12pm at St Mary’s Church Centre (SML), Longfleet Road, Poole, BH15 2JD (directly opposite the church).

Please note that on-site parking at the venue is limited but there is FREE 2 hour limited parking on the surrounding streets. Alternatively, parking is available in the multi storey car park at Poole Hospital (on Longfleet Road) – charges apply.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Information explaining the grieving process. As the video will be talking about potentially upsetting material, you may want to have someone with you when watching the presentation. You may want to wear earphones if you are having trouble hearing. The video will last for approximately 30 minutes.
