Tree of Remembrance

This Christmas Forest Holme Hospice Charity invites you to remember a loved-one by dedicating a star on our Tree of Remembrance.
This year the tree will be in the Dolphin Centre outside M&S and you can visit us at our stand just next to the tree, to make your dedication.
