Remember a loved one this Christmas
Forest Holme’s annual memorial services, Light Up A Life, takes place in November and December. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together to remember and reflect on the moments spent with our loved ones.
The services are open to anyone, not just people whose loved ones were cared for at Forest Holme. The special services are a mixture of carols, readings and lighting of candles followed by refreshments.
The services also mark the launch of our Tree of Remembrance, which gives everyone the opportunity to write a dedication in memory of a loved one. The Tree of Remembrance in The Dolphin Shopping Centre, Poole will be open daily from 10am until 3pm from Friday 1st December until Friday 15th December.
If you are unable to attend any of our Light up a Life events, but would like to leave a dedication online, this will be added to our Tree of Remembrance in the Dolphin Centre.
Other ways to support us this Christmas
Taking place on Friday 8th December at 7pm, our Christmas party will transform the Hamworthy Club at Canford Magna into a Winter Wonderland. Tickets are £40 to enjoy a two-course Christmas dinner before dancing the night away.
Our Christmas Prize Draw is now open with exciting prizes to be won, including a £500 cash prize, all while supporting Forest Holme Hospice Charity. Tickets are just £2 each and are available to purchase here.
