Refurbishment Project

We are excited to announce that our refurbishment project at Forest Holme Hospice will begin on Monday 31st July 2023.

This project has been funded by generous donations and grants to our charity. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who have donated and made this work possible.

The improvements will include; the installation of two patient hoists, adding ensuites to the multi-bedded bays, and an internal redecoration of the hospice to enhance the experience of patients, staff and visitors.

The project will be completed in a period of approximately 14 weeks and will be phased to minimise disruption to the clinical services at Forest Holme. The hospice will remain open however, there will be a slight reduction in bed capacity during July and August.
