Hospice at Home is expanding into Poole

Hospice at Home has already made a huge difference for patients at our sister hospice, the Macmillan Unit in Christchurch and now, thanks to the incredible support of our local community, Forest Holme Hospice Charity is funding its expansion into Poole for patients under our palliative care services. 

This means more people can now receive expert, specialist care in the place they feel most comfortable – their own home. With 24-hour support and regular home visits, this service gives patients greater choice about where they spend their final weeks.

We’re proud to be working in partnership with Macmillan Caring Locally to fund this much-needed and impactful service for local families.💛

Please note: Hospice at Home is available to patients under the caseload of Forest Holme Hospice from 27th May 2025. This service is currently only available in the Poole area.
