University Hospitals Dorset awards success

Forest Holme Hospice’s Community Specialist Palliative Care Nurse, Sarah Burrows, scooped the top prize in the Patient Choice category at the recent University Hospitals Dorset awards in Bournemouth.

This was a particularly special award as Sarah was nominated by two daughters, whose parents were able to spend their final moments together in Forest Holme thanks to the her kindness, compassion and unwavering dedication.
