Celebration Tree

Our Celebration Tree offers a wonderful way to remember those who are special to you with a dedication plaque. We are proud to introduce a new Celebration Tree, now located in pride of place in the entrance to Forest Holme. This stunning tree features a selection of plaques in the shape of leaves and birds, creating a lasting tribute to your loved one.

You have the choice of beautifully designed plaques, each engraved with a personalised dedication in memory of someone special.

Your plaque will be displayed for one year, after which we will invite you to either renew your donation to keep it on the tree or have it returned to you as a keepsake. Each dedication helps Forest Holme continue providing compassionate care and support to patients and families. 

Minimum Donation Options:

• Leaf: £15 monthly | £40 quarterly | £150 annually
• Bird: £25 monthly | £75 quarterly | £250 annually 

You can also choose your plaque finish from wooden, silver or gold.

Our existing Celebration Tree will remain in the hospice garden, continuing to provide a peaceful and meaningful space for remembrance.

If you already have a plaque on our existing tree and would like to relocate it to the new Celebration Tree, please get in touch.
