Tie a Yellow Ribbon

Take part by writing your dedication and tying a yellow ribbon, which will be returned to the hospice grounds for the rest of the summer.

Come and be part of this special occasion, featuring local craft stalls, choir performances , and FREE activities for children.

Please feel free to bring a picnic and spend the afternoon with us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Poole Park.

Tie a Yellow Ribbon is a free event, however donations to Forest Holme Hospice Charity are welcome. You can make your donation online, by post, over the phone or in person at the event. Your donation will help ensure that everyone in our community affected by life-limiting illness or bereavement will get the care and support they need, whether in our dedicated hospice facility, in hospital or at home.
